HOW IT WORKS

There is only one category which is 2024 World Publication of the Year. The nominees have been picked by an esteem team made up of retired journalists and bloggers.

There are about 100 nominees picked from around the world. Each nominee is paid US$1.00 per vote it receives. The money is paid monthly based on how many votes a publication got in the previous month. Example: if The New York Times gets 10 000 votes for October, early November the publication will be paid US$10 000.00

Apart from paying nominees US$1.00 per vote they receive, World Publications Awards also allocates US$0.20 per vote towards winning money; meaning if there will be 10 million votes collected, winning money will be US$2 million.

Nominees are paid their monthly income via PayPay; meaning all the nominees have to have a PayPal account.

There is no log-in or sign-up on the website; to vote one just has to visit the website and vote without even having to worry about logging-in. As for nominees, there is a feature named Monthly which shows how many votes did they get in each month
